Each staff member goes through multiple interviews, as well as background, reference and employment checks before joining the team. We pride ourselves on our selection, training, and continuing education for our walkers and office staff. We have an extensive handbook that allows us to ensure that each member of of staff delivers the loving pet care and customer service that we have built our reputation on.
